विदेशों में काला धन रखने वालों के नाम उजागर करने पर सुप्रीमकोर्ट में तनातानी जारी है, लेकिन वित्त मंत्रालय का कहना है कि उसके पास इस बात के प्रमाणिक आंकड़े मौजूद नहीं है कि स्विस बैंक में कितना पैसा जमा है। मंत्रालय का कहना है कि काले धन के मुद्दे पर कुछ निश्चित संकेत मिलें है, लेकिन इस बारे में जानकारी को सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जा सकता है क्योंकि इससे जाँच प्रक्रिया पर असर पड़ सकता है। इस बारे में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हो रही है .
